Image following the pattern of the walk, researching Blue Plaques:

Walking using ropes as metaphors for memory... researching the philosophical,religious import, didactic feel of "Death by Water", no renewal, no regeneration....only the blue plaque memory.

Thank you to all who joined in and made the walk happen. It exceeded expectations!

Walking with the Waste Land

Walking as research, part of the research group into the Waste Land by TS Eliot, for an exhibition opening at the Turner Contemporary in 2018.

 I hope some of you saved the date and will be able to join me next wednesday.

We will be walking and reflecting on section iv of The Waste Land, "Death by Water". Some of you who came on the first walk will remember that Keith took us to see a house with a blue plaque. I think you might be able to guess where this is going. It will be interesting to hear your views.

Looking forward to seeing you and sharing ideas about the poem, Margate and life in general. Please let me know if you are able to join us, as then we know who to wait for!
